The client was planning to give multiple events over the course of a year for the same general audience with the theme of each event highlighting a different city of in the world. The food, décor, and entertainment would correspond to the city highlighted so attendees would feel like they were in that location. Locations would include Chicago, Boston, London, Hong Kong, and more.

Awards Dinner EventLas Vegas NV
The client was giving an Italian-themed Awards Reception for 600 people. We were asked to provide décor, entertainment, sound equipment, and lighting, including stage wash, lighting for the entrance décor, pin spotting for three bars and one registration table, and red, white, and green up lighting around the perimeter of the room.

Wedding Event for Out-of-town ClientLas Vegas NV
The client was bringing family from around the country to Las Vegas for a large wedding event, including bachelor and bachelorette parties, wedding rehearsal and dinner, the wedding and a reception. They asked us to make all the reservations needed for rooms for the events, design and set up the décor, hire the servers and entertainment for the various events. We were asked to coordinate rides from the airport to the hotel and other venues, valet parking for local guests, tuxedo rentals, as well as spa, spray tan, hair styling and nail services for the wedding party.
